The Korean War is not a popular subject in the wargaming field and is long neglected in the plastic toy soldiers community. BMC is one of the very few companies which covers this war. This is one of their figures.
There aren’t a lot of information out there about PVA uniforms and equipment. But I remember coming across an actual PVA overcoat when I was young and what struck me then was the olive green or olive drab color which had faded into almost a light green. This is why I painted the figure this way.
