Chen Shui-Bian v. U.S., No. 10-8003 (CAAF Oct. 6, 2009)

The Court of Appeals for Armed Forces dismissed for lack of jurisdiction the Petition for Extraordinary Relief filed on behalf of Chen Shui-Bian, former President of Republic of China (Taiwan), who has been sentenced bythe ROC (Taiwan) judiciary to life imprisonment for corruption-related chargers.
